…then a Nanny Share could be the answer.
In response to current demand, Family Match, (the largest Hampshire based Childcare Agency) are launching a brand new initiative in the region.
Very soon, for a small registration fee, families will be able to place their details in the “Nanny Share†section of the Family Match Website. This will be a secure location dedicated specifically to families who are seeking another family to share childcare costs with. With a confidential log-in, you will able to provide full details of your childcare needs together with your location. You will then be able to search for details of other families with similar requirements in your area and contact them via email.
Once you have identified a possible family to share with, it is recommended that you arrange to meet to discuss your childcare needs. Please see below ideas on some questions that need to be addressed:
- Where will the Nanny be based?
- What salary can we afford to offer a Nanny?
- What hours do we need the Nanny to cover?
- What interests do the children have and what activities do they like to do?
- When will the Nanny be able to take holiday?
- Any special diets/allergies to consider for the children?
- What routines do we like to follow as a family?
- Do we need the Nanny to undertake any additional duties?
So what happens next? Once you have found another family to share childcare costs with, you are then ready to start your search for the perfect Nanny. At Family Match we offer a friendly and professional service and would be delighted to help find the right person for you. There is no charge for our services unless we are successful in finding a Nanny. The Registration Fee you have paid for the Nanny Share service will be deducted from any placement fee -should you decide to take on a Family Match Nanny.
